Salame nostrano

Salame nostrano - Benvenuto in Salumi Soldati

Mild taste : mixture of large-minced meat and wine.

Traditional taste : mixture of medium-minced meat with garlic-flavoured wine.

With garlic : mixture of thin-minced meat with wine and pieces of garlic.

Ingredients : Pork meat (haunch, shoulder, loin, bacon), salt, pepper, natural spices, merlot wine.

Average size : 800 g.

Salametto

Salametto - Benvenuto in Salumi Soldati

Pocket-size salami with a very thin minced mixture and with a peculiar taste due to the use of a bovine natural casing.

Suitable for aperitifs or appetizers because it has a tiny slice.

Ingr.: Pork meat, salt, wine, natural spices, E252 preservative. Natural casing. Gluten  and lactose free product. Keep at +4°C

Average seasoning: 40 days

Salame De.Co.

Salame De.Co. - Benvenuto in Salumi Soldati

De.Co. Salami is made with first choice meats. As per tradition, it is produced only during the winter period and through a manual manufacturing process, using all the best cuts of the pork (haunch, shoulder, loin and tenderloin, capocollo, belly and cured cheek).

Other characteristics of this salami are the use of natural products, the minimum weight of 1 kg and the medium-fine grain.

Coppa

Coppa - Benvenuto in Salumi Soldati

The first historical documentation of the processing of this product dates back to the Middle Ages. It is obtained from the neck muscles of the pig, which is salted and flavoured with different spices and wine.

Pancetta

Pancetta - Benvenuto in Salumi Soldati

 It is made from the front part of the ribs of the pig (which has the characteristic alternation of fat and lean meats and the typical red and white striped appearance). Salted by hand and seasoned for two months at least, it can be found in different locations under different names and shapes: strained, fenced, rolled up.
